All orders are processed within two business days. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times. Items usually ship within a week.

Note that your order may arrive in multiple boxes, on multiple days. Extra exciting, like having two birthday parties!
If you are shipping outside the USA, you may have to pay customs duties upon delivery of your order.
You might even experience delays in arrival. Your patience is a virtue and we promise it will be worth the wait.
You are buying art from an artist.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If you received a damaged good, defect, or the wrong size/item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will replace the product. We will do our best to replace the damaged art you purchased and make you happy :) Please provide your order number and the name on your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned art. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your banks processing time.
